To give your order the best chance of arriving before Christmas, please order before the recommended dates below:

Australia Post – Standard Parcel Post

• WA & NT: Order by Dec 12
• Regional SA, TAS, QLD: Order by Dec 16
• Metro VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD: Order by Dec 18
• Same-city & same-state metro: Order by Dec 19

Orders placed after these dates may still arrive, but delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed due to network congestion.

During Black Friday and the Christmas rush:

• Orders may take 1–3 business days to dispatch
• Tracking updates may move slower than normal due to Australia Post delays

Once an order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address.

Incorrect addresses may result in delays or returned parcels.

Shipping Fee Explanation (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

Australia post a flat $10 shipping fee on all standard domestic orders.

This is NOT for express shipping it covers the actual cost we pay to ship your order through our partnered courier services.

The shipping fee is passed directly to the courier, which is why we cannot offer refunds on shipping costs once an order is placed.

Please double-check your order before placing it, as by purchasing, you are agreeing to these terms and our condition of sale.

Orders within Australia are sent via standard Australia post

Average Shipping Times: (shipped out of Melbourne, Australia). 

*Other Launch and Restock Periods: During new releases, restocks and sale periods please allow an additional 3-5 working days for dispatch on top of the normal shipping times. 

*Public Holidays: Not included as business delivery days.
