🛍️ Refund & Returns Policy (Please read carefully)
At Faux Freck, we believe in being upfront, fair, and transparent with our community. We want you to feel confident in your purchase so here’s everything you need to know if something’s not quite right.
❌ Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including:
• Accidental orders
• Unused or unopened items
• Situations where you’ve changed your mind after purchasing
Please make sure to review your cart carefully before completing your order.
📦 Shipping Fees & Delays
We do not offer refunds on shipping fees or for delivery delays or parcels held by customs. International orders please be advised of your local customs regulations and processes before placing your order with us.
Once an order has been dispatched, shipping timeframes are outside of our control. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely delivery, but delays can occasionally happen especially during busy periods.
🚪 Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you select Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout, you are agreeing for your parcel to be left unattended at the delivery location. Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery.
We will always do our best to help you liaise with the courier if any issues arise.
Faux Freck cannot be held liable for ATL deliveries.
📬 Damaged or Faulty Products
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Include a photo of the damaged item and your order number.
• Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, including packaging.
We will offer a refund or replacement, in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
🔁 Exceptions (When Refunds May Be Refused)
We may refuse a refund, repair or replacement if:
• The product was used in a way that caused the issue.
• You were made aware of the issue before purchasing.
• You asked for a custom change against our advice.
• The claim falls outside a reasonable time period.
⚖️ Your Consumer Rights
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to:
• A refund or replacement for products that have a major failure.
• A repair or replacement (within a reasonable timeframe) if the issue is not major.
• Compensation for loss or damage that was reasonably foreseeable.
These rights cannot be excluded, and this policy does not override them in any way.
🧾 Proof of Purchase
To be eligible for a refund, repair or replacement, you must:
• Provide a valid order number or receipt.
• Be prepared to confirm your identity if requested.
⏱️ Processing Time
We aim to process refund and return requests within 14 business days of receiving your return.
